Tappon is an online art store, provides customer easy access to incredible art images and top-notch craftsmanship.
I was part of the project of optimizing and building the hybrid app to give the user a better experience whether at home or on the go.

- Hard to find our product they wanted, like a cup , a t-shirt with a design they liked.

Ideation
Based on the pain of the user: Add detailed information for every product like culture, history, or idea of design. Provide customized service for customers, like translate customer words in special fonts then print on the cup, t-shirt, etc. Or print the design directly on a cup, t-shirt, etc.
Evaluate
Our team conducts several types of user tests to evaluate our solution, include online, internal, and external group tests. Finally, we received 71% positive feedback for our solution.
