Brief
X supermarket is an online grocery store, provides online grocery order and delivery service for the customer in the city.
In 2017, they decided to optimize the website and invest in the mobile app; launching a mobile app to help customers to place an order on the go.
I was part of the project of optimizing and building the mobile app to give the user a better experience whether at home or on the go.
To comply with my non-disclosure agreement, I have omitted confidential information in this case study. All information in this case is my own and I will present what I did in a new redesign grocery store(vif go).

- Don't have enough knowledge in the grocery store, like the usage of ingredients, the cooking method for meat, and vegetables, etc.
- Waste a lot of time on choosing grocery from E-catalog.
Develop
Ideation
Based on the pain of user: simplify the shopping process, change the traditional shopping methods that select products from the catalog to select the meal plan or receipt, the relative grocery will be added to shopping cart automatic, it also can be adjusted by repeat product. The user can finish shopping tasks as fast as 6 clicks.
Evaluate
Our team conducts several types of user tests to evaluate our solution, include online, internal, and external group tests. Finally, we received 87% positive feedback for our solution.
